Space qualified - some help on a task needed

There is a task assigned to me. Can any one help me ?
The task is
"Study the electronic components mounting reqmt. and specify, soldering material, substrate material of PCBs, mounting screws, jumper wires and tools" Keep in mind that the above task is for the satellite subsystems development.

Please help as earliest!!!
