Do you have any experience with Microblaze RISC CPU?

some Xilinx FPGAs have built-in Microblaze RISC CPU.

but we can't see its hdl source code.

where can i find its source code.( synthesizable rtl)

IBM CPU Microblaze

Its PowerPc from IBM thats build into some of the bigger Xilinx FPGA's.

That is done in HW , and there is no VHDL code available.

You should get Xilinx EDK for looking at Microblaze , witch is written in HDL

IBM CPU Microblaze

solvall,

basically Microblaze is a soft core processor by xilinx which allows you to reconfigure your hardware design by just selecting the peripharals for your hardware design and later this PSOC (Programmable Systems Of Chip) generates automatically VHDL code for your selected 8/16/32 bit processor in Vertex FPGA. You can see the VHDL code also.

After design is ready you can use this programed FPGA and can either use Microblaze/power PC for your embedded applications with ported RTOS.

regds..,
abid.
