If source and drain are grounded in a Mosfet then from where does the electrons flow?

Its an Interview Question

If the source and drain are at the same potential there should be no Ids.

i think it will flow from both terminal but towards the area under gate when gate is +ve wrt source, i mean to say it will act as capacitor.

when gate is at positive potential , source is grounded so frm where does the electrons flow?
