Hello,

I have a circuit to constant-current drive a LED, and due to a mistake on my part it was drawn and the PCB routed with a NPN instead of a PNP transistor.

**broken link removed**

The transistor is a BCX54 in a SOT89 package.

The pin out has the collector as the middle pin 2 and the emittor as pin 1.
I want to fix my error by selecting the right (PNP) transistor. But all PNPs I found also have their collector as the middle pin. And as you can see from the picture I need the emittor to be there.

Does anyone know what transistor could be a drop-in replacement in this circuit?
