My sony TV KV-J21PF2 is in trouble

VCD player is working through AV
Cannel cannot tune, but on screen display scanning VHF low, VHF high, UHF
at the end of each band it shows one or two channels but it is not locking.

pl help

where can I collect the Schematics

the 30v supply to tu or vt to tuner is defective.

its from +b supply , the resistor may be very high or the zener diode to get 30V supply is leaky.
