something about dielectric resonator microstrip filter

I need one dielectric resonator microstrip filter as my research object. I find one from IEEE, but I cannot get the exact resonance shown in paper. Others are too complicated. I only need the simple one. Does somebody know that kinda structure? Really thanks.
