please any one can answer this questions :cry:

1. what is the recent VoIP protocol, and what is its explanation?

2. how to implement VoIP terminal in minimum time?

3. what are the requirements of VoIP small project?

the most important protocols to start with is the SIP "session intiation protocol" and the H.323 Protocol.
Both of them are open source you can see their codes and develop if you wish
