anybody know the most cheap solution for this?

how we can make plc connection

Hello!

The distance it's depending on the transmission rate that you need.If you use an S7-300 with integrated PROFIBUS than I'll recommend to use PROFIBUS.On the PC side you need a CP card(Example:CP5613).Please be more specific on what S7 dou you want to use.
