In my opinion using the soldering iron directly to a 220V it's complicate and dangerous, more common is a 24V unit. Some ideas here:

You need to use an OA with low voltage up to 6V, rail-to-rail,
Initially was used MCP602

try to replace with other circuits. Check if the pinout is compatible, (you need only one OA circuit from multiple) or adjust according datasheets

I find LMV358 in the local market but it did not work properly. It also getting hot

after some time.

I use LM358 but change in the temperature range is to LOW.

Any other suggestion ?:|:|

Please check your schematics. MCP601/LMV358 power supply is limited to 5.6V by a zenner diode.
MCP601 maximum current drawn is less than 1mA. There’s a 6k8 resistor to connect the output to UAA2016 input.
By the way, how do you have adapted this schematics for 220/230Vac power supply?
