Soldering FBGA packages

Hi there,

Does any have experience working with high density packages like FBGA. Fine Line Ball Grid Array-256pins with 1.00 pitch.

I need to use them in my project. I am also looking for a soldering station to be useful for that purpors.

I need information about readily available sockets pcbs with need no soldering.

hi,
i have worked on fine pitch of 0.8 mm bga, but when u go for fine pitch like 1mm and 0.8mm it is better to do pick and place to get the accruracy and there are no shorts.
