Hi ,
i would like to know about dry soldering,what are the problems created by dry soldering. Is it creat major problem in electronic boards?..

YES.It is the major factor related to soldering.
It can simply make your board not working and make you blink your eyes.
A dry soldering will provide very poor or sometimes zero contact between the soldered points.
