Solaris 8: Up arrow key don't repeat last command?

solaris repeat last command

Hi, all


My up arrow key, down arrow key won't repeat the last command I typed, anyone know how to set them under cshell for Cadence.

the OS is Solaris 8 SUN machine.

Using "bash" shell?

If not..do it (o;
 

solaris terminal up arrow

Well, Since Cadence only needs C shell, I can't switch to bash
 

repeat last command sun terminal

use the command history
 

bash repeat last command

If you can use the ksh shell:

set -o vi

Press ESC then -h

Don't know if it will work in csh.
