Solar charging circuit for 12 v,1.3Ahr SLA battery

Hello,

I want to make a battery charging circuit using Solar panel.Also there should be a full charge indicator with LED light .It would be great if anyone share some ideas.

specifications:

Battery : 12 V,1.3 Ahr ,sealed lead acid battery
Solar panel : 12 V, 10W
