For vi characterestic of solar cell can anyone let me know that if in illumination type i apply a forward voltage source in across it,and then starting from 0 if i increase the voltage source i will get a current from n- p first ,then p-n i.e photogenerated current and then diffusion current..is this wrong????because in most cases i saw that while doing illumination characterestics they have applied no voltage source... Please answer ,its very urgent..
