Software for EEPROM programming through PC

Hello all,

I would like to ask if there is any software that i can program through my PC an EEPROM, soldered on a card with PCI express interface which is inside my pc tower.

EEPROM programming

You can do it if the card manufacturer has provided that feature, in that care he will only provide the required tools.
