spice model power transistor 1000v

Hi All,

I am using OrCAD for Schematic and PCB Designing.
But Now I have to learn some Software for Analog Simulation
as Below:

1) SCR, TRIAC, DIAC, Power MOSFET, IGBT
( Power Devices 220V to 1000V for both AC and DC)
2) Op-amp, Transistor and FET
3) R,L,C
4) Coils and Transformer

Is P-SPICE Help me for that? or any other software

If Yes, From Where I have to Start.

Hi! I don't work with OrCAD but AFAIK you can create your circuit in the Shematic and then open it in the PSPICE. The PSPICE can simulate everything that has a SPICE model. Another program (as Micro-CAP, Switcher CAD, Simetix and etc.) also can do that. Good luck!

May be from menu "help->Documentation->PSpice User's Guide" ?
Or you mean SPICE language?
