SOC Encounter reports Antenna error on these nets. Make sense?

Please refer to the diagram. I have a hard macro block in my layout. I am adding block power ring for it (only right side is added). After sroute, everything looks fine. However, when I do the "Verify Connectivity", SOC Encounter reports "Antenna Error". (See the "x" in the snapshot). Here is the error msg in log file:

Net VDD: antenna at (40203,31874) (40203,31874) on layer: M2
Net GND: antenna at (40803,31874) (40803,31874) on layer: M2

What do you guys think? Is this error real?
