Hi. I try to find some info for my research. I'm interested with low power energy harvesting. There are variety of SoC designs for energy harvesting like bq25504, cymbet cbc 915 ep etc. and i want to find method for efficiency measurement in real conditions. Ambient energy source is light. Do not know where to start...Please, help me to find the right way ! :) Any suggestions are acceptable :)!

For your study you need a reference device like a lux-meter. From this you should calculate the light power incident on sensor area.
Your "harvesting" device specifications should tell you its receiving area, and the DC output from it will be a function of incident power and the rati of both areas.
Do your device specifications include efficiency?Or spectral efficiency?

I have lux-meter. The device is https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sluu654a/sluu654a.pdf , I want to do model of that device with simulink, multisim or another program, and calculate efficiency in real use. In that system there are bq25504 energy harvester, in which datasheet https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/bq25504.pdf 10 page are shown efficiency characteristics depending on input voltage and current.

So you apparently have all you need to get the efficiency. The only problem may be the spectrum characteristics of the light source. You may need a spectrometer to characterize it.

But if i consider "efficiency with real indoor conditions", then we have light from incadescent bulbs or other lamps where spectrum characteristics are known, yes ? Whole system is: input from solar panel, then bq25504 chip, which work as battery charger, and have mppt algorithm, and also battery or capacitor. I need estimate battery charging too.
