Snubber selection for BTA16

Hello everyone
I have just on and off 3 phase motor with moc3063 and BTA16
can anyone suggest me value of RC components for snubber

3 phase 90VAC
Motor resistance 2.7ohm
Motor inductance is 27.65mH

I want long life of BTA please suggest me rc snubber values for BTA16 protection

While motor run on 90v phase to phase it takes 3.8amps
For size reason can I use high value resistor and small value of cap

RC time constant: .22 x 82 = 18

Another value : .1x 180 = 18

180ohm 3 watt
