Here I am concerned with clamp now (for NCP1014AP06) but also want to know capacitor type for snubber. Apr 23, 2017 #5 T treez Guest ceramic yes, as in smd is less inductive than most film types.....and smaller......if you shovel your spec into power.com's free PI Expert software it will calculate the entire circuit and bom for you...and tell you the snubber cap part number etc
