SNR and SNDR about sampling switch

Dear all,
I have a question. If I want to know SNR and SNDR about my sampling switch,
how do I do in the simulation?Because the noise simulation is ac analysis and the distortion is trasient analysis. How do I combine them or the FFT simulation would include both in noise and distortion. Thanks.
 

add a noise in the input signal. The noise should meet you switch.
Then simulate
