hi,
anybody can help me on this matter,

SMPS :
85 ~ 264 V AC INPUT
15 V DC OUTPUT

LOAD :
100W HALOGEN LAMP

QUESTION:

IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE A POTENTIOMETER IN THE OUTPUT SIDE IN ORDER TO CONTROL / VARRY THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE TO MAKE THE HALOGEN LAMP DIM,OR TURN IT ON / OFF?
PLEASE ADVISE
