Do you know how to download this Power 4-5-6 software?

..whenever i click it , i just get sent round in a web circle , and get nowhere.
Also, is Power 4-5-6 really that good, the description says it designs the feedback loop for you, but how does it know what the modulator gain is if it doesnt know what control chip you are using?
