A little more information maybe ? Like where is this used ?
And also a decent pic might help. Sometimes marking look entirely different....

Somehow those markings don't look original/ genuine.

Well, unfortunatly you wont go anywhere with that reference since that is usually the production code for that batch in the factory where it was made.
So unless you have a schematic or you know more and less what it does, that code is not going to help you.

That's not really true. These codes, though quite obscure, can usually be used in conjunction with the device package type to identify the part exactly. There are several sources on the 'net which have compilations of these codes & the corresponding part descriptions.

Try asking user "Quantum Flux". He's good at tracking these down

I have found what is it.
This is AO6800: Dual N-Channel Enhancement Mode Field Effect Transistor.
I put " "marking ho" sot23-6 " in google search and the solution popped up.
