SMD Code F1 and C1, help needed for part number

Dear all,

Your help will be highly appreciated if anyone could tell me the part numbers for following smd codes.

Package CST2, SMD Top Mark/Code C1

It is 2 pin SMD with two parellel lines (viewed with magnifier) to the left of marking 'C1'. I believe the lines are for cathode side indication as 2 lines appear as single line bar without magnifier. I determined package to be CST2 after comparing with another Toshiba part with same dimensions.

Package CST3, SMD Top Mark/Code F1

'F1' looks to be Toshiba part and I browsed Toshiba web site but could not find information.
