small SOT-23 circuit marked "62834", probably SMPS driver, what is it..?

I had small circuit from SMPS power supply. It's KORG KA-310 power supply for musical instrument. There was broken switching transistor and I suspect driver doesn't work (no pulses on my oscilloscope review), marked "62834". I can't find datasheet of it. Photo here:



SOT-23 6-lead package. Anybody knows what can it be?
