small signal power amplifier

I want to design a circuit that will amplify a very low power signal of -1762dBW to 2W DC. But I don't know how to get started, though I have some basics in circuits. Can anyone help me with how to get started, some tips. Or tell me is it possible???? I need your help..

First things first. You don't seem to know what dBW means. See here.

Also, I doubt you want the output to be DC.
