small signal analysis?

Im relatively new to circuit design. I would like to know how do I obtain a small signal circuit from the posted image. Thank you.

If you want the long method, draw the small signal equivalent of all the transistors.
If you want in particular to obtain the small signall gain of the whole schematic, then i can say that it is just gmRL, wherein RL is the equivalent impednace made by T1 and ro of T2
 

you understand the small signal model of transistor, and so you can draw the small signal equivalent circuit easily.
