I have a control board to be repaired. the board contain slotted optocoupler which I could not find a data sheet for it. the information written on it is

SHARP67
the optocoupler has 2 pin (I think the LED side) and 4 pins in the other side (Which my be 2 photo transistor).
can any one provide the data sheet for the mentioned slotted optocoupler?
