Hi!
My father received a task from his supervisor - to create a working identification system using smart cards (they have brand new SLE4428/5528 cards). The device is using: Alcor Micro Smart Card Reader. I dont have any exact model of the reader, except this hyperlink (please don't laugh..):

I was diggining through the board and Google and found nothing regarding programming of those cards. What I need?
A very simple GUI or Command Line tool for giving/sending data to those cards. Nothing special - 7-digits ID number e.g. 0000001, 0000002 etc.
Is it available? where I can search for sth like that?
