Skype interview questions for getting admission(MS) in Analog/RF IC designing lab.

Hi,
Recently I have emailed a professor and hopefully he showed interest in me. Actually I want to pursue my Master degree under his supervision. I have completed my BS in EEE. Now my professor is willing to interview me through skype. For your convenience, he is in charge of an Analog/RF IC designing lab.

Now I am wondering what types of questions he is going to ask me over skype? Can you suggest me some tips with some possible questions/patterns? As I am just a general BS graduate,it seems that I have no special knowledge about IC designing.
