Hi,
I have designed filter using matlab fdatool and i have downloaded ecg data from physiobank ATM in .mat format.Now i want to see the response of my filter in simulink but i am not getting how to take the ECG signal in .mat format as input in simulink model.Though there is option to get data in .mat format from workspace but i am having error.
Anyone if know please help me with this...

i am Naresh,working on a project titled physiological waveform simulator using wavelets
i am in need of MATLAB codes for generating ECG and IBP signals...
i have obtained the signals to be simulated as templates from physionet database.
need your help guys.
