Does anybody know of a simulink model which can read an audio track and
extract the voice/guitar etc. using blind source seperation? I have
tried to make a script to do this in matlab, but I expect simulink
would be much faster.
Any help would be appreciated.......extremely!

Hi,
Thanks for sending me the file, but when I try and open the stereo.rar file with matlab, I just get a lot of funny characters in an editor window that pops-up.
Can you please try and run it on your computer to see if it works, or tell me how to run your program properly? I use matlab version 6.5, maybe you use an updated version
Thanks
Adam

I just have a file called stereo.rar
How do I run it? sorry if I am being stupid...
could you please tell me what to type in the matlab command window to run the program?
Adam

OK,

heres the procedure, first put an audio file (in .wav format) in the stereo directory,
On your MATLAB look for the simulik button and execute, open the file named au_dio_equal_mod.mdl file and RUN this simulink model.

(when you RUN this, you should get a UI equalizer popping out in a new window)
