Simulation of split ring resonator (SRR) with CST MWS

Hello,

I am trying to reproduce the results from the SRR Smith paper. I am currently getting results for the S-parameters that seem to be shifted to the right by ~1GHz. I have attached my .cst file and I was hoping that someone could help me out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

the substrate that you have taken seems to be of higher epsilon value....it will show more dielectric nature....and the metallic inner and outer conductor is given as pec...?? pec ll have infinite conductivity...can u explain that pls...
