simulation of large memory problem

large memory problem

hi all
i am working on 32 bit memory
when i made a 2 power 32 memory locations the error was

** Error: C:/HDS/Mips memory/Mips_memory_lib/hdl/memory_behaviour.vhdl(24): near "4294967296": (vcom-119) Integer value exceeds INTEGER'high.
** Error: C:/HDS/Mips memory/Mips_memory_lib/hdl/memory_behaviour.vhdl(26): VHDL Compiler exiting

so i made it 2 Giga but the simulator said that is a big size and it will not simulate
any solutions??

Is correct< that model's name is "mips_memory" ?
Are You simulate a MIPS processor with >2Gb sdram in 32 bit mode?
