what is meaning of this error in hfss10:
Lambda refining mesh, process mesh 3d : unexpected internal software error cod 1054 with module id 0 .

Here is a cavity resonator designed in HFSS which is fed with a CPW line to excite the TE120 mode in 6.5 GHz
