Here is some useful models for proteus

1. UC3842
2. TL494
3. 4N25
4. IR2130
5. TLP 250
6. IR51HD420ICTR

Copy to your corresponding program folder ...

here is all the files as Library (.LIB). copy two files .LIB & .IDX to your proteus library folder. Hope it will help u.:smile:
