Simulation in Proteus

I am trying to plot id-vds (characteristics) curve for a PMOS part number in proteus 8.10 . But while doing that I got the following two errors in simulation log window.

Component name G00000002 not found for property name2 of ANALYSIS
[SPICE] DCtrCurv: source (null) not in circuit

I am unable to understand this error and need help to resolve this problem
 

Hi,

You should show some pictures/screenshots of the circuit and of the simulation tool when this happens, it might help other members understand the possible causes of the issue.
