pspice propagation delay

Hello,
I simulated the propagation delay for Vdd in the range 2...5V in OrCAD PSpice, and it seems to be constant.
According to the datasheet for 74HC04, Tp=11ns for Vdd=6V and increases to Tp=95ns for Vdd=2V. What it's wrong in the PSpice simulation?
I need this simulation for voltage controlled delay.
Thank you.

Re: Simulating the propagation delay vs. Vdd for 74HC04 - PS

Do you know another simulator that can simulate this delay?
