simulate with ADS momentum errors

Hello, everyone!
I am simulating with ADS momentum,
while simulating run in Mesh generation，I meet a error,as shown below：
ERROR：MomMSHmaker: internal error 11 -- segmentation violation

How could I solve it?

I'm suffering from the same error...
In my experience,large area vias often cause mesh error.
Try to treat vias as 3D.

In addition,If your computer is 64bit and your ADS version is 2008 Update2 or later,
the error tends to take place.
