Hi all,
I have a question about simulating the RF circuit. I have the Mixer in series with the baseband amplifier and want to simulate the IIP3 by using cadence spectre RF. My Mixer also has its own driver which is a digital circuit. However, the problem I faced during the simulation is that the memory of the machine is not enough because my circuits is complicated. Is there any efficient way to estimate the IIP3 of this circuit from the simulation? Thank you so much for any help or comment.
