Hi,
Can someone please provide a list of numbers of IC similar to NE/SE 566.I am looking out for a simple VCO like 566 that can be very portable.566 is an obsolete ic.

The CD4046 seems to be the right ic but I cannot find a suitable simulation software to check it out.I tried Tina v8, National Multisim v10, LTspice IV.The IC is not listed.
