Simple TCP/IP application

Hi all,
I need source code or the link to develop the simple TCP/IP server or client application fro my Embedded ethernet board.

Embedded Ethernet Board = 8051+wiznet. I can ping this mdule. but i need application.

I want the source code in C or C++...please share your ideas..

I dont know it will useful for you. But this project is running by using UDP socket under linux.
You may modify as per ur convenient. coz its a open source project. visit **broken link removed** and then go to project->networks->Phone

i have done it using AVR. Try searching #uip# in google then you will get code for all microntrollers
