SIMCOM 300 tcp data not sent

Hi all ,
I am trying to establish a TCP communication between SIM300(thro hyperterminal) and my pc. I can able to establish a connection but the modem gets reset after that which makes me impossible to send data . Here is the list of AT commands that i used .

AT+CMGF=1
OK

at+ipr?
+IPR: 9600
OK

at+creg?
+CREG: 0,1
OK

at+csq
+CSQ: 31,0
OK

at+cops?
+COPS: 0,0,"AIRCEL"
OK

AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","apn"

OK

OK

+CGACT: 1,0
OK

AT+CIFSR
49.8.149.240 (AIRCEL LOCAL IP ADDRESS)

AT+CIPSTART="TCP","server ip","server port"
OK
CONNECT OK

RDY
+CFUN: 1
+CPIN: READY
Call Ready

AT+CIPSEND
ERROR

AT+CIFSR
ERROR

Till CONNECT OK everything is fine but after that it fails . Pl help me .

Is it due to power problem after tcp connection ?
Whether sim300 needs excess power after TCP is connected ? If anyone came across this prob reply me ..
 

Use higher current rating power supply, because when data is transmitting power consumption can go upto 1A.So change the power supply to higher wattage
