SIM908, uart not responding to commands, only echo

Hi,
I use sim908 as a gprs module, when I send any command (AT, ATI, ...) to rx of sim908, module echo that command without executing command. (I'd tried ATE0 too)
also I updated to B02, B03 and B04 versions and problem still not fixed
What's the problem and how can I fix this issue?
