sim900a giving error 40

when i reset the module(SIM900a R11.0) i recieve
+cpin: ready
but when i use AT+CPIN? i get following result
+cpin : PH-NET PIN
Pl. help me to get out of this problem. i am not able to send SMS and call from my module. :cry:

have you tried resetting to Factory Default Values?
I think using AT&F (CR) then restart..
