Sim900 MMSmartGSM to use with MCU.

Hi,

i have a module SIM900 MMSmartGSM by Propox connected with a max3232 board and usb-serial cable for pc, but it's dont respond the AT commands or anything.
i need this works to use with a MCU board. when i've tried to connect in the board, i had no response too. i believe is missing some part in the hardware or something like this.
someone can help me, please?
