I have been trying to make a call from my sim900d, interfacing with pic18f4550. it work's pretty fine with the AT commands while It's interfaced with hyper terminal. I checked the rx,tx connection, n they r functional. I'm doing the code in mikroC and afraid there are a few configuration words in the "edit project" menu that I don't understand fully. badly needed a functional calling code. if its possible, anyone here give me a suggestion, code, or just guide me

Zip and post the complete mikroC project files.

Here is the project file... I've connected a 20Mhz ext Oscillator in my test circuit, but seems i can't select that ext osc from settings. Overall, seems to be a confusing issue configuring the prog. Now i'm trying with the 18F2550( since i've no other mcus available to me right now) but the results are same ! arghh !

Thank You. It worked all the way... By the way, the mistake was mine in hardware connection. My sim900D breakout board was powered by an adapter, and it was about to be biased by 5V(vcc, gnd) more while connecting in the direct rx, tx pin of that breakout board. I didn't know this fact of that breakout board... However, Thanks a lot again for helping for the code :D
