SIM340DZ SIM CARD interface issue CME ERROR 769

Hi everybody,
I have the error +CMS ERROR: 769 , (+CMS ERROR: UNABLE TO GET CONTROL OF THE REQUIRED MODULE after send AT+CMEE=2) this error appear when I try to send a SMS, read a SMS, call, verify the configuration and son on,
I have a good response with the commands
AT+IPR, AT+CICD, AT+CIMI, AT+GSPN, AT+CMGF, but when I try to accesse a the most important module (to send SMS, recive, call,I can't get the contol and recive as answer +CMS ERROR: 769.
I was measuring the VSIM (SIM340DZ's pin 9) and I found there is not any voltage (0VDC) and it's the same with SIM DATA, SIN CLK and SIM RESET (pin 6, pin 7, pin 8) below you can see the result after AT&V

I"ve measured the voltage in the simcard in the evb and there is 2.7VDC in SIN VDD, SIM DATA, SIM CLK.
Can some body tell me if something is missing in hardware to activate the simcard???????
