[SOLVED] Sim300C can't establish connection with remote server?help!

I want use SIM300C GPRS moduel to send&reiceive data.
now,it is normal use for SMS and call.but can't establish connection with remote server?
just like fllowling:

AT+CSQ

+CSQ: 20,0

OK

AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","CMNET"
OK
AT+CGDCONT?
+CGDCONT: 1,"IP","CMNET","",0,0

OK
AT+CGCLASS?

+CGCLASS: "B"

OK

OK

AT+IPSTART="TCP","202.???.??.??","2020" //note:static IP.
OK

STATE: TCP CONNECTING

CONNECT FAIL

note:IP add is a college pc static IP add whice use Dr.COM to link internet.
